The beauty of Trump of Palm Beach Mansion

Donald Trump’s Palm Beach mansion is once more available for rent; the asking price is about $195,000 per month, or $2.3 million annually.

An oceanfront home on a long-standing Trump family property in Palm Beach, Florida, just a short drive from Mar-a-Lago, is now offered for rent for $195,000 per month.

The eight-bedroom residence commonly referred to as the Beach House has been a part of former president Donald Trump’s family real estate interests since the early 2000s.

It was owned from 2004 to 2018 by Maryanne Trump Barry, a former federal appellate judge and Mr. Trump’s sister.

A company run by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump bought the 10,455 square foot, eight bedroom estate from retired federal judge Maryanne Trump Barry in 2018. The mansion cost the company $18.5 million and has an interior space of about 8,300 square feet.

The two-story, Bermuda-style mansion was constructed in 1956 and has 10,455 square feet, according to the rental listing held by Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties, the exclusive associate of Christie’s on Palm Beach Island.

It features several living spaces, a formal dining room, glass walls, marble floors, and more than 200 feet of prime waterfront. Ms. Brandt declined to comment on the property.

Trump wants to lease the property for a year. When Palm Beach is at its busiest, which typically ends in April or May, it has been rented out for as little as six months in the past.

As the sun set over the palm trees, illuminating the luxurious expanse of the Trump of Palm Beach Mansion, a sense of fulfillment and contentment filled the air. The once bustling halls that echoed with power and controversy now stood as a symbol of a chapter coming to a close.
